Support for up to 16 cores and overclocking.
To begin with, Alder Lake-HX varies from Alder Lake-H and its desktop counterparts by having a higher TDP of 55 W.
The senior versions are 16-core, and the greatest number of cores on the seven CPUs in the lineup is four: the two Core i9 models and the older two Core i7 models are nearly identical CPUs.
The vPro functions are supported by the Core i9-12950HX and Core i7-12850HX, while complete overclocking is supported by the Core i9-12900HX and Core i7-12800HX.
Overclocking is possible on all models, but support for vPro versions is limited.
The Core i5-12450HX, on the other hand, deserves special attention.
