Trump allegedly steps down from the Board of Truth Social Company, but Platform disputes the claim

According to the Herald-Tribune, which cited state business documents, Donald Trump Jr. was also one of six board members who were fired on June 8 along with former White House employees Kash Patel and Scott Glabe.
It is unknown if Trump still serves in any capacity for the business, but records purportedly show he is no longer the chairman.
In a statement released on Thursday afternoon, Truth Social attacked the allegation, asserting that Trump "remains on the board of Trump Media and Technology Group" and is still the business chairman."
The Southern District of New York grand jury and the Securities and Exchange Commission both served subpoenas on TMTG on June 27, and certain firm workers "received individual grand jury subpoenas," according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The subpoenas demanded information about the merger agreement between TMTG and special purpose acquisition firm Digital World Acquisition Corp. (DWAC), which was necessary for TMTG to become publicly traded.
