With a "cryptic" challenge, Samsung confirms the date of its Unpacked presentation for August 10

Samsung Mobile looks to have officially announced the date of its upcoming Unpacked event as August 10th, 2022 in a trio of photographs shared on its official Twitter account.
A grid of letters, numbers, and symbols is shown in the first image; a grid of coloured circles is shown in the second. You may decode the message on the third image as 081022, or August 10, 2022, by matching the characters to the colours.
This time frame corresponds with a recent leak from Evan Blass, who posted a Samsung graphic that also hinted at a launch event on August 10.
When will something greater arrive? It is the rhetorical question that appears with the encoded message, which is visible at the top of this story. Here is a collage of the three photographs that shows how to solve the puzzle.
What will we actually see at the event, though? According to current reports, Samsung will soon unveil its newest foldable devices and smartwatches.
As well as the Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro, there will apparently be a Galaxy Fold 4 and a Galaxy Flip 4 (apparent drawings for both have already been published online). The launch date has not yet been formally confirmed by Samsung in non-cryptic form, but this "puzzle" appears to be very simple.
