Dec. 1 marked the first birthday of Tristan Thompson and Maralee Nichols' child. For the infant boy's special day, Maralee went all out as any adoring mother would, celebrating the occasion with fun surprises. Maralee's house was embellished with a blue and white balloon arch in memory of Theo, as seen in a video uploaded to Instagram Stories.
Along with a picture of her and her son as mother and son, she also wrote a lengthy homage to her young child: "I'm in awe that you are already one." "The best days of my life have been the 365 days I've spent with you."
Theo was being held by Maralee, who was wearing white tulle, as the infant stood facing away from the camera. The fitness model gushed about her son Theo, calling him "the nicest little baby" and saying that his smile "brightens up any room."
"You are my world, my heart in human form, my greatest blessing," she continued. "God knew that I needed you. Above all else, I adore you. "Cheers to Theo, my little angel, turning one!"
Maralee has avoided sharing images of Theo's face on social media since his birth. She only shared photos of Theo facing away from the camera or with the hood of his wolf costume covering his face when the two dressed up for Halloween in October. Theo was seen in one photo sporting a specially made Mickey Mouse hat to match his mother's Minnie Mouse ears that were decorated for Halloween.
