Google's Google Arts & Culture app for iOS and Android now includes a Pet Portraits function. Pet Portraits looks for animal likenesses in artistic creations.
Since 2018, a similar feature has been provided to look for people who resemble you. More than 120 million Google users have used it since then.
Currently, the application allows you to look for comparable canines, felines, fish, birds, reptiles, horses, and bunnies. After cropping out the background and other objects in the image and identifying the pet it contains, a computer vision algorithm compares the image to more than 50,000 works of art.
