Everyone should be aware of these ten MacOS hotkeys

1. Option (Alt) + Backspace-deletes entire words rather than individual letters.
2. You can adjust these functions by pressing Option (Alt) + one of the keys that control brightness and volume.
3. Quickly summon Spotlight by pressing Ctrl + Spacebar.
4. Cmd + H-minimises the currently open window or application.
5. To see multiple items in Quick Look mode, select them all and press the space bar.
6. Press Cmd + Q to close the active application.
7. Press Cmd + W to close the application's active window.
8. Open a new tab in an application by pressing Cmd + T. (e.g., Safari or Finder).
9. To access the hidden files mode, press Cmd + Shift + Dot.
10. Cmd + Shift + G—if you press this, you will get the folder navigation window.
