Evidence that humanity used electricity considerably earlier than official history claims. Consider this: how foolish is it to invest vast sums in the restructuring of a metropolis just to relocate the passenger flow onto tracks rather than a level road?

After a natural disaster, the ability to power transportation infrastructure vanished, but railroad tracks remained, and these tracks were naturally used by traditional horse-drawn traction.
