Mohammed Kudus, a midfielder for the Black Stars, is one of just two Ghanaians to be on Forbes Africa's 2023 30 Under 30 list.

 

 

Together with his fellow countryman, the creative director and filmmaker Emmanuel Whajah, the Ajax Amsterdam forward was named.

 

 

 

 

The list features the top 30 innovators in business, technology, the arts, sports, and science and health in Africa under the age of 30.

 

 

 

The 22-year-old is presently having his most fruitful run in front of goal after finally overcoming an injury and settling at Ajax.

 

 

 

With a stunning World Cup performance, Kudus has undoubtedly been Ghana's most in-form player throughout the current football season.

 

 

 

He scored twice and provided a helper once for Ghana at the World Cup despite the Black Stars' elimination from the group stage.

 

 

 

The 22-year-old has been in superb form for his team, contributing two assists and scoring 11 goals in the Dutch Eredivisie. In six UEFA Champions League group stage games, he also scored four goals.
