Abdul Samed Salis, a midfielder for Ghana, expressed his happiness after RC Lens traveled to beat AS Monaco in the French Ligue.
At the Stade Louis II, the 22-year-old gave it his all as Lens defeated Monaco 4-1.
Samed Salis celebrated the win on social media after the game by writing the following: "3 points more. "Fantastic victory over Monaco."
After Lois Openda broke the game's deadlock in the seventh minute, Deiver Machado increased Lens' lead with seven minutes left in the half.
Bennoit Badiashile of AS Monaco managed to restore parity just before halftime.
In the second half, the visitors added two more goals after Monaco was reduced to ten men as a result of Vanderson's 72nd-minute dismissal.
Seko Fofana's penalty-kick goal in the 55th minute increased Lens' advantage before Wesley Said sealed the victory with 12 seconds left.
Abdul Samed Salis, a summer transfer from Clermont Foot, joined Lens. He has played in the first three games of the year.
