Latvia has given Ukraine assistance equal to 0.8% of its GDP

According to Zanda Kalnina-Lukashevica, Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Latvia has given Ukraine assistance equal to 0.8% of its GDP.

 

If we measure the amount of aid in terms of gross domestic product, Latvia is one of the biggest aid donors to our nation.

 

More than 200 million euros' worth of supplies, including weapons and personal equipment, drones, dry rations, ammunition, anti-tank weapons, and Stinger anti-aircraft missile systems, have already been delivered to Ukraine. Four helicopters were delivered by Latvia to the Ukrainian military a few days ago.
