Kristin Cavallari Acknowledges Getting a Breast Lift

Kristin Cavallari is being open about having surgery. The Laguna Beach alum admitted she had a breast lift during a recent Q&A on her Instagram Stories when a follower questioned whether her boobs were real.
She posted a picture of herself in a bikini on Aug. 23 and commented, "Gonna keep it real with y'all." "I got a lift after nursing all three children."
With her ex-husband, Jay Cutler, Kristin has three children: Camden, 10; Jaxon, 8; and Saylor, 6. She was open about her use of Botox and fillers—or lack thereof—and confessed that she has "never done it."
I can't do that. However, I've seen it look incredible on some individuals, "she said. I'm worried because we don't know the long-term ramifications of it—I'm not talking about 5 to 10 years, I'm talking about 20 years—and I believe your face is a muscle, therefore we should treat it like any other muscle, according to my theory.
In addition, she continued, "I'm really animated, so I need my face to move and, to be honest, I don't like my lines."
She remarked, "I've done all that s—t and have honestly never seen any results." I've spent a lot of money in vain.
However, she said, "It's about taking care of yourself from the inside out." She did claim that microneedling is the one operation where she "maybe saw a tiny difference," but overall she isn't impressed.
The 35-year-old has recently started being more honest about her body. Earlier this year, she said she had been working out more and had "put on a lot of weight...in a good way."
