There is a good chance that you won't be able to create a new user on your computer when running a pirated version of Windows because of a bug.

 

In this instance, pressing Win + R and typing control userpasswords2 will suffice. After that, simply click the "Add" button in the pop-up window and follow the on-screen instructions (entering the user name and password).

 

You can choose the rights for each user in the same menu in addition to adding new ones. To do this, pick the privileges you want to grant to a certain user by clicking the "Properties" button and moving to the "Group Membership" section.
