In February of last year, the Apple Breathalyzer was referenced for the first time.

It was claimed at the time that the tech giant was working on a new feature for the Car Keys app for the iPhone and Apple Watch.

Apple has now licenced a new car key interface that includes an alco-lock, according to Patently Apple.

According to reports, the system will work as follows: before starting the engine, the driver must pass a check, which includes biometric identification and a blood alcohol test.
