Now, certain users of the Android 14 beta can make their own emoji wallpapers

The function is currently rolling out to users of Android 14 Beta 3, appearing in the Wallpaper and Style settings. A new app called Emoji Workshop Wallpaper, which is gradually becoming available on the Play Store, is what makes the wallpapers possible.
