How to read messages that have been deleted in any Messenger app

The creators of WhatsApp just added the capability to delete communications automatically after 24 hours. But even after this, there is a method that will let you read the vanished messages.
You'll need a program that records notification histories, such as Notification History, to read deleted messages. Keep in mind that only messages that appear in notifications will be preserved in the logger; if the messenger's notifications are turned off, you won't be able to obtain a copy of the message.
The notification history is wiped when the device reboots, and it is difficult to retrieve the text of messages received before the installation of the logger, despite the fact that this method works for other messengers as well, such as Viber.
Use secret chats in Telegram, which do not display the message's content in the notification, to prevent the interlocutor from obtaining a copy of the messages you erased.
