Anna Delvey is not creating anything new in her work. She is a practicing artist.

Nearly ten months after her life story captivated viewers of Netflix's Inventing Anna and included infiltrating New York's elite and allegedly tricking them into giving her hundreds of thousands of dollars to support her opulent lifestyle, the fake heiress is already moving on to her next performance.

Through Zoom, of course, Anna, also known as Anna Sorokin, has found herself at the center of Miami's art scene, with one of her works, "Prowling in Prada," already fetching $15,000 at auction. She plans to exhibit several of her sculptures at "The House (arrest) Party," a Miami Art Week event, on Dec. 3, in an effort to build on this success.

But Anna has her sights set on more than just the art world; in an exclusive interview with E! News' Francesca Amiker, she revealed that she is developing her own "merch line" and has a potential TV show in the works.

She has access to a wealth of interesting material, of course. The 2018 New York magazine article "Maybe She Had So Much Money She Just Lost Track of It" by Jessica Pressler, which described Anna's infiltration of New York's society scene, fraudulent activities, and subsequent arrest, was where Anna first gained notoriety. Anna was found guilty of attempted grand larceny, larceny in the second degree, and service theft in April 2019. She was acquitted of two additional charges, though.

The New Yorker, who was born in Russia and raised in Germany, was released on parole in February 2021 but was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in March for exceeding her visa's validity. Anna was released in October 2022 but was still subject to house arrest and an ankle monitor requirement; as a result, she will be attending her Miami event via Zoom.

Anna remarked, "It feels wonderful to have the support of the collectors and the art community." I had a wonderful journey. When I first released my prints earlier this year, I began creating my art. In a sense, this is the chapter after this."

In her interview with E! News, she painted a pretty vivid picture.
