Ashton Kutcher is discussing his latest health scare with his brother.

The former star of That '70s Show discusses his August 8 diagnosis with the uncommon autoimmune disease vasculitis in the upcoming Paramount+ series The Checkup with Dr. David Agus. Michael Kutcher, Ashton's twin brother, also joins him on the emotional journey, as the Nov. 30 trailer demonstrates.

The actor who played Jobs briefly discussed his symptoms with host Dr. David Agus, saying, "I was unable to move, and then suddenly you can't see," before the brothers' first interaction. The group is then seen reviewing photographs in a lab not long after.

A tearful moment between Michael and Ashton is shown later in the trailer, which also includes interviews with Nick Cannon, Amy Schumer, Oprah Winfrey, Howie Mandel, and others. The No Strings Attached actor puts his hand on his brother's knee, and the two then grab hands.

"When you have this face-to-face with death, you instantly lock in to, 'What are you doing with today?'" Ashton is heard saying this in the scene.

In an episode of Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge from August, Ashton made his vasculitis diagnosis for the first time, saying he was "fortunate to be alive." The actor from Two and a Half Men tweeted the same day that he had "completely recovered" from the episode.

Michael can relate to his brother's feelings because he was born with cerebral palsy, which helps him explain his own health scares in 2019. "I nearly passed away during pregnancy and the heart transplant, but I'm still alive." "What's my goal?" He explained it at the time on the Koncrete Podcast. I simply feel grateful to be alive.
