Considering that it's Microsoft, I'll respond to the question in the title straight away. They are unable to deliver a completely functional product. Windows 11, which was recently released, is no exception. Although it's not entirely horrible, I wouldn't advise installing this specific release.
The system requirements are the first thing to discuss while discussing the negatives and positives of the work. Users were somewhat astonished when they were shown this, even before the system was released, because on some PCs this system would simply not work. Additionally, the speed of the processor and the quantity of RAM are not as important. The TPM Crypto processor version 2.0, which is present on more recent motherboards, is the primary hardware requirement for Windows 11.
