New smartphones from Tecno and Vivo, the Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition and the Vivo V25, have been introduced in India. The former introduces the first smartphone with multicolor Polychromatic Photoisomer technology in India. The technology successfully enables a smartphone's monochrome back cover to display a variety of shifting colours when illuminated.

Camon

The CAMON 19 Pro Mondrian will cost Rs 17,999, and pre-orders on Amazon India will open on September 22, 2022.

 

The device has a 6.8-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution and the capability to run at a 120Hz refresh rate. A 32MP camera sensor is housed in a punch-hole cutout in the middle of the front of the phone. The Mediatek Helio G96 processor is found in the Tecno phone. It includes 128GB of internal UFS 2.2 storage that can be expanded to 512GB with a microSD card and up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM.

 

A triple-camera configuration on the rear of the Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition has a 64MP main camera sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50MP portrait sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. According to the manufacturer, the smartphone has up to a 300% faster focus speed, allowing it to use laser detection focus to capture far more accurate photographs. It has a front-facing 32 megapixel sensor.

 

Vivo V25 Price and Specifications

There will be two colour options for the smartphone: Surfing Blue and Elegant Black. The price of the Vivo V25 5G ranges from Rs 27,999 for the 8GB+128GB model to Rs 31,999 for the 12GB+256GB model. Starting on September 20, 2022, it will be offered for sale on Flipkart, the Vivo India e-store, and in all partner retail locations.
