Google is experimenting with the idea of connecting two numbers to a single eSIM
Two Numbers To Single eSIM |
According to Esper, an Israeli business, Google is working on a highly useful feature that will appeal to consumers who are accustomed to using two SIM cards on one smartphone.
It's feasible that the new technology may allow for more storage space in smartphones.
In the case of Esper, the Multiple Enabled Profiles (MEP) feature allows you to assign one eSIM to two profiles and switch between the two operators' networks.
The technique, for which a patent application was filed in 2020, is apparently being used by Google in its advancements.
